We offer a variety of thoughtfully designed floor plans—including both private and companion suites—to accommodate individual preferences and budgets. Our all-inclusive pricing model means you won’t pay extra as care needs change over time. There are no buy-in fees and no long-term lease commitments. Everything—from personalized care to meals and daily support—is included in one predictable monthly rate, starting at $8,275.

As a private pay community, we understand that navigating senior care costs can be challenging. My husband and I sing at various memory care and retirement centers in the Phoenix area. Shadow Mountain Memory Care is one of the most caring places that we have performed at. The staff is so genuine, caring and loving towards the residents. It is touching to see the staff encourage, hug them, make them smile and laugh, dance with them, and interact with them in the most caring ways. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who is looking to place their parent, who may be needing care due to memory issues, in a very safe and loving environment.

This is a great option if you are in need of a memory care facility. My father spent his last few months there after being at another home which described itself as "memory care" but clearly was not. This is the real deal if you need memory care. I never had to worry about my father at Shadow Mountain, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and they were always accommodating when he had visitors.

The staff and facilities are superlative. These people cared for my mom for the last five years of her life, which I can proudly say were some good years for her in spite of her dementia. She always had a smile on her face when I would go to visit her. There was always great music, events, and activities that my mom loved. She made some wonderful friends when she was there and I did, as well. I'll never forget some of the happiest times I ever had with my mother at Shadow Mountain. I can't thank these people enough for their loving care of my mom and for treating me like family.

We moved my father from another memory care facility to Shadow Mountain this past spring. The staff and facilities are the best I have ever encountered!! The director cares for each resident as though they are his family. Caregivers are kind and attentive, covering every detail. Each time I visited, my father was well dressed, clean and shaven. His room was always sparkling clean and staff took time to know all of our family members. Everything they do at Shadow Mountain is geared towards safety and dignity for their residents.
